This is my entertainment powerhouse. Gaming, Editing, HTPC, Benchmarking ...it does it all!
No complaints here.
Let me know what you guys think!
I think it is great. I'm sure many will ask why not an i5 for the CPU but based on your budget but as a lifelong AMD fan I love the fact you used the 8350 and its 8 cores. Very clean and sleek. Only question I have is the horizontal placement of the 212. Is this so it exhaust straight out the top?
Yes. I have tried both ways and I get better temps with this placement. TY!
Love it. Very nice work.
Jealous of that FTW+!!!
Literally doing the same thing with some minor part differences - getting the case later this week, CAN'T WAIT! Looks so clean. Sick temps with the 212 Evo...plan on oc'ing any more? Looks like you've got some headroom. +1
I have got it higher, but It was not nearly as stable. I am planning on getting a FX-9590 down the road, I have a friend that has his OC'd to 5.2!
Nice! I'd be interested to know how the 9590 performs in general - I know a lot of people say that once you go above the $200 price range you might as well go intel, but i think the 9590 vs 4690k is always a subjective comparison (plus you'd have to get a new mobo anyways). Keep us updated please!
Dam that's pretty!
The mobo juuust barely fit!
Sure looks like a tight squeeze. Quite the bend on the usb 3.0 cable.
I love that case and your setup. Do you not need 5.25" bays? No optical drive or fan controller?
I use a external optical drive when needed, which is very rare. The fans are controlled by the mobo. Thank you for checking out my build!
Where do you get the custom sleeving from??
im in love with the colors
Thank you! The pictures don't really do it justice, it looks even better in person.
np and i have been wanting to get my pc for a long time just been to lazy and broke to get it lol
thinking about building this can i use a ssc evga geforce and windows 10 and would you recomend this build? this will be my first build for mainly gaming thx for the feedback
Absolutely! I am currently running Windows 10 pro and it works great!
Cool. Quick question, what is the hard drive vibration sound like? Is it really bad?
Non-existent, Thank you!
also, I would have gone with 2 140s in the front cause quieter, better, cooler looking, yeah.
could I maybe get a full picture of the guts?
