Description

Ok, so this was my first build. I've been researching parts and learning about building a computer for almost a year now. I had a budget, which was around $750, and I basically got everything that I wanted/needed. For my needs, this build is perfect. I'm sure it will be asked why I got a Z97 board if I'm not overclocking, and it is because I love the look of this board, it was on sale, and I can always upgrade the CPU and the cooler in the future. Anyway, everything went smoothly and I couldn't be more satisfied. I've only played a few games so far and everything runs great. I'm not running anything intense like Witcher 3 or games like that; the most intensive game I'm currently playing is Battlefield 4 and I am getting 60 FPS at 1080p with all settings maxed, so that little GTX950 is doing a good job. I did kind of skimp on the cooler, but I wanted something really small and simple because I'm not overclocking and I'm not doing anything that is super CPU intensive, and my temps are just fine. I am very happy with how everything turned out and I am enjoying the everliving **** out of this thing.

Nice build! What LED strips did you use for the lighting?

To be honest I dont even know lol because I just grabbed the cheapest 12" strip there was at MicroCenter and it ended up looking great. I plan on getting an NZXT Hue+ but with my current budget I just grabbed a cheap little white strip and it has not disappointed.
