Description

GPU was provided by a friend (270x) and the machine was built as my friend was sick of playing CS:GO at 15 fps, and also wanted to join us on GTA! Build was 100% successful and is preforming excellent. Couldn't OC as much as I wanted as i was restricted to the stock cooler.

It recommends a i5 3470 or a fx 8350 but it will work on a duel core.I just wonder how GTA Online player progression is going to work with modding

It gives us enough of an estimate to know what we need.

according to game debate it should run it just fine, if not an i3/5 can easily be slotted in there ;D

4.0 for the g3258 is a nice spot for it. I could only get mine to 4.4 but run it at 4.1 for every day use. Nice build though because you can upgrade later if you want or not if you are happy (like me) with pentium.

So you need a wireless network adapter to play online games?

If you don't have a wired ethernet connection, which most people do have.

there is no nearby Ethernet port where the pc is in the house, so a wifi card was the only option

Solid build, except, asrock isn't the best, and seagate is bad. I love the case

Seagate isn't all that bad, sure they aren't "As Good" as Western Digital, but they're damn reliable! My 1TB Seagate Barracuda lasted (I'm guessing) about 7 years of use for approx 5 hours a day... so. Only lately has it started fauling and I've had to migrate to a new WD 500gbx2 setup. Also, asrock is rather reliable, almost as good as MSI/Asus/whatever else.

Cheers! Yeah we ended up swapping that for the WD blue
