Nice and powerful build. What about Vega 64 noise? The fans spin also while in idle?

The RED devil does not spin at idle it begins to cool when im above 50 C and the noise is pretty manageable at full load you can hear them but its not like a jet plane taking off lol

I like the red LED lighting, cause your computer is going to be on fire whenever you put that card on a heavy load. Great build though.

If I was you I think I would use the stock cooler so you could keep the All AMD Beast trend, anyways though great build.

I did for a couple of months dont get me wrong the stock cooler is good but I wanted a little more cooling https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B076KNKR73/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o00_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 Is what im using now im getting 10c less which is good it gives Precision boost 2 more headroom cuz overclocking the 2700x is pretty negligible

Quit sabotaging our no not November, looks so nice! Is the stock cooler OK, or is a 2600X with a liquid cooler better?

I change the stock cooler to h115i pro for better temps and higher xfr2 and it was worth it running at 4.3 ghz on games need to update my pics

You’re not going to overclock?

  • 1 point

I did OC i used precision boost 2 and xfr its not really worth manually OCing the 2700x

After reading your clock on that 2700X, i started to wonder just how bad my luck is on my 2700x as i can't push it even to 4.2Ghz...

  • 1 point

do you use the stock cooler and used xfr and precision boost 2?

  • 1 point

if I disable PB2 and xfr, with my Kraken x62, I can only reach an all-core 4.15GHz. Beyond that, my system would keep crashing as soon as I start benchmarking. Enable both, I can still only get about 4.1 boost clock.. 4.2 is kind of a dream..
