The FX-6350 is listed as VR ready. I am sure if he OC's the 6300 it will be fine.

My pc I just built with my 6300 (turbo clocked) says that it's ready for VR via Steam! 6300 and rx480 8gb!

When your case almost costs as much as the cpu...

More like 55% of the cost, but good effort.

68.78%

hmm nope. 69.99/128.23 = 0.5458...therefore I rounded up to 55%.

Can it run gta, fallout 4, or any modern game at medium to high settings?

Definitely it can. If it had an i3 instead of the 6300 it could easily do that.

yep 30 to 45fps

If you're using a 6300 or even a 480 to run 1440p then you have no idea what you're doing

NEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIN!

Why use the FX-6300? i3 is so much more powerful for a little more. Also, why do none of the RX 480 builds have many pictures??? Other than that, good build.

Hi, I'm new to the world of pc gaming and I'm interested in virtual reality and was wondering if this part list is able to run the Htc Vive as I do not want to spend too much on a pc as the Vive already costs a lot. Also if it is not what should I change/upgrade to make it able to run the vive but still not too expensive.

Thanks.

The minimum cpu requirement for VR is an FX 8350/i5 4590. Sorry but VR ready is not ready.

I believe awesomesauce network has made a budget VR build with the fx 63xx and the rx 480. It ran surprisingly well, but there was definetely some bottlenecking.

tbh every PC has a bottleneck it depends on how bad it is
