Description

Meet "The Sex Panther" After many sleepless nights and the culmination of many man hours I would finally call my first serious PC gaming build complete.... for now.... Her 970 SSC overclocks at 1522 Mhz, and the CPU will get up to 4.3 Mhz. All while staying well under 55 C on the CPU and 70 C on the GPU (not water cooled yet) I am very proud of her, and would love some good input from some pro's, bad or good. Looking to learn

You need to put the GPU in the first PCI slot so it runs at x16, otherwise it runs at x8. Other than that, great build! +1

Its nice to see purple in a build it looks really nice, shame that the reservoir is in an odd place and that the pipes are laid out at strange angles but that's my opinion I like geometric shapes

Yeah that was my thought when making the build too. You never see purple, so I figured why not. And yeah... it was my first loop ever, so it was def. a learning experience

the formation of the pipes is unusual, but I like that about it!...It's unique and looks cool in that purple. nice job

Thanks bro! Always love some positive feedback. Unfortunately that loop is getting taken out as I have my GPU block here and need to install it. I plan on doing a DNA coiling in my tube for this loop. Stay tuned to see how it turns out

Honestly - it's disgusting - it's so pink! Then you have a blue mobo and red cables! But +1 as I have never seen anything like it, ha ha

The camera I have isn't so great. It's not quite as pink as it looks in the pics. But it defiantly is pink. Was hoping for more of a purple since Koolance labels it as such. But whatevs

its either me or the photo but ur tubing looks like a ***** slip in slide not straight at all

  • 1 point

Where did you get those tubes? Are they glowing? How did you do that?

  • 1 point

The tubing is rigid PETG from Primochill, filled with UV purple coolant from Koolance. With 4 cold cathode UV bars inside

I have always been a pretty big fan of asrock motherboards. They have the best and easiest overclocking software, are very user friendly, and very durable in my experience. They are definately a poor man's ASUS though. So if you have the money, and dont mind dealing with (in my opinion) a more difficult BIOS and software, go ASUS. That being said, I prefer to take that extra 50-100 bucks and throw it at a video card, so go AsRock... Ughhhhh You decide? lol?

I LOOOOOOOVE the BenQ RL series. I actually run a triple monitor setup with three of them. An amazing value
