Pretty good overall, but I've got a couple minor issues:

  • The RAM has a higher than optimal CAS latency. In a non-APU build, a good norm is a frequency of 1600MHz and a CAS of 9. IIRC, APU builds benefit from faster RAM (faster the better).

  • You probably should have dropped a bit more on a better PSU. The CX series isn't bad, it's just with your budget you should have probably gone with a tier 1 unit (something 80+ Gold and fully-modular).

For overclock advice, check out YouTube. ASUS has some really good tutorials for OCing Haswell. As for the GPU, I'd leave that alone until you really need the extra power, as it can significantly reduce the lifespan of a card.

I think you're fine even with the card as long as you're not overvolting.

Gaming.

Oh then this is horrible overkill. You paid way too much for 1080p single monitor gaming.

Nice parts choice. Although that is quite an expensive monitor.
