Works great had no problems as so far it runs all the games i have played over 30 fps on ultra. I have not overclocked yet if anyone has any tips message me! It will be much appreciated.
Nice choice of parts but some bigger pictures would be better!+1
Yeah sorry mate ill upload some more.
Pretty good overall, but I've got a couple minor issues:
The RAM has a higher than optimal CAS latency. In a non-APU build, a good norm is a frequency of 1600MHz and a CAS of 9. IIRC, APU builds benefit from faster RAM (faster the better).
You probably should have dropped a bit more on a better PSU. The CX series isn't bad, it's just with your budget you should have probably gone with a tier 1 unit (something 80+ Gold and fully-modular).
For overclock advice, check out YouTube. ASUS has some really good tutorials for OCing Haswell. As for the GPU, I'd leave that alone until you really need the extra power, as it can significantly reduce the lifespan of a card.
Yeah thats what i was thinking about the card the cpu i think i could push.
I think you're fine even with the card as long as you're not overvolting.
What is the purpose of this build?
Oh then this is horrible overkill. You paid way too much for 1080p single monitor gaming.
Its not the exact model i couldn't find the exact one on here.
Are you doing video editing? Also, it looks like your pictures got resized.
Im using this mostly for gaming i use a laptop to render stuff on.
Nice parts choice. Although that is quite an expensive monitor.
+1 Could've gone 1440P for that much.
I bought the monitor brand new of a mate never been opened for £280
All of the parts where reduced from there show prices on amazon and the monitor i brought of a mate for £280 never been opened
I re sized the pictures sorry guys for the small pics.
