When I made this computer last year, I originally had a Ryzen 5 2600x, XFX RX 590, just the NVME drive and I also had a CoolerMaster 120 AIO and I wanted to upgrade the computer and essentially make the best 1080p 2000 Series computer and have it ready for 2020. Also the XFX RX 590 was overbearingly loud and hot, even with a 30% undervolt, so I had to replace it. Most of the parts bought were on sale during the end of 2019 and I'm very happy with it. I reused the AIO initially but I was getting temps 10c over the stock Wraith Cooler LED provided. My idle is hovering around 32c-35c and gaming is 45c-48c. I did do a negative offset on the Ryzen 7 to 0.08125 and left PBO on auto. On the RX 5700, I put a 5% undervolt and have been playing with it around the 5-10% threshold and have had no issues. The system is very quiet and runs like a champ.
