Description

First PC ever built, everything is working pretty well. Hopefully if you guys see something I missed in the build you'll help me out. The 770 is a monster, handles everything on ultra. The ssd makes the boot time non-existent. Everything is going well right now. Windows 8 is great, not sure why all the bad reputation. I'm just glad I finally joined the gaming pc community.

Windows 8 has the horrible rep because it has the metro. I actually think it's called the start menu now. Either way, it's ****** and should be kept on mobile devices. The OS itself is great though, I use it. I just don't use the start menu. Gotta say the correct term now.

i prefer the more "round" look of win7, or even better win XP.

Too bad, starting today, Win XP is essentially obsolete :P

How do you like that mouse? I was considering buying the same one. But after thinking about it, it looks like the buttons might be too small to hit individually with my thumb.

Haven't used a lot of gaming mouses but this is definitely my favorite, the buttons aren't very big but i haven't had any problems with them. I definitely recommend if you can get it on a sale.

Is the power supply mounted behind the motherboard tray? I don't see it...

Nevermind, I researched that case just now and saw where the PSU goes, pretty cool.

Yea, the supply, ssd and all of the terrible cable management I have to do is back there. This case is great at hiding the ugly stuff haha

Motherboard is solid, love the mouse and ssd though. I love the krakens, especially for the price
