It's been awhile since I built a PC, so I went all out (for the budget I had). Have to manage the cables now.
Awesome! Looks very nice. That thing is even ready for SLI whenever you want to.
Very nice, love the colour scheme, though you may want to tighten up your cabling.
extremely clean. i assume you took out bother of the front storage grates for air flow, very good idea! do you have another drive because you might be running out of room very shortly.
Is that a 1440p monitor? How does the 760 perform at those resolutions in, say, BF4?
It performs decently (BF4). I have to turn down a lot of the settings to low. I have it optimized by Nvidia Experience, and I don't notice any large FPS drops. It still looks amazing too.
you should OC your cpu more. I am at 4.6ghz with a H60 (4670k)
Yeah, I'm planning on OCing it more when I find time. Going to try and get it at around 4.3-5, but I don't want the voltage too high. I don't actually need that performance since what I have no works, but you can never have too much power :)
+1 for the Les Paul, that is one of my favorite guitars
oh, uhhh, also....nice build! I love the uniformity of the colours!
How did you get that 760 for 170 bucks?
It was from Staples from around Halloween time. They had it down to $200 and I used a 15% off coupon by ordering online in store. This was around the time when Amazon resellers had the 760s for < $200 without the game bundle.
Wow! Really sexy looking build you have there! Nice price/performance parts choice too! Enjoy! ;)
How'd you remove the lower storage trays?? I have a midi R2 as well. Beautiful build by the way.
How did you get the white sleeving on the cables? If you know please send me a link. And is it hard to set up it?
