I'm new here so I'll introduce myself first. I'm 25 years old tech lover. I'm from Poland. Now I'm finishing my 5-year studies (sociologist here). I'm also working on 3/4 time basis and that's why I am extremaly proud that I can fulfill my dreams (which for me is more expensive than cheap). Anyway, glad to be here and I'm happy that there is a site like this where I can post some pictures of my PC and talk about it. Hope you enjoyed it as much as I do. And sorry for my weird english:)
First of all, I bought most of this parts a year ago. From my old build I left only HDD and PSU. In near future it will be replaced.
About a month ago I decided to change my case. The old one was pretty good, looks nice and overall it was ok. I just want some change, and some more space. I spent more money than I should probably, but this case will stay with me for many years probably. So yeah, I recently bought Phanteks EVOLV ATX. I was waiting for the Galaxy Silver version in my shop, because imho it was the prettiest one. I also buy some LED strip in white and red, but I figured that red light doesn't match to my interior at all so I stick into the white one.
When I was collecting the parts, I realize that MOBO and GPU from MSI Gaming series determines the colors. I never was a big fan of red color but what could I do when MSI was the best choice for me at the moment? :)
After this, I decided to buy some 2133 CL9 memory. I don't get too much choice so I chose the neutral (i case of color) one. Corsair Vengeance Pro.
Few month ago I also decided to change CPU Cooler. I'm not kind of OC person and I did this just because of temp and overall look. For me it's fair enough. And I chose Raijintek Themis. Pretty good CFM, low noise and that look. After that moment I think that red is not bad at all and it got Noctua-look-like. So i got my "Noctua for poor people" cooler. In some future I'll probably try some water cooling but only in CPU. Now, I ordered some red material pads for my mobo screw holes and it looks awesome in my opinion.
I'm not as much gamer as my peripherials looks like but I love my mechanical keyboard. From time to time I play CS:GO and then I feel great with my CoolerMaster QuickFire TK and SteelSeries Rival.
Moreover I love to play racing games (especially sim racing) so I got MOMO Racing Force Feedback. It's fair enough for me and the build quality is great.
What to say more? Maybe about my plans. - Some 144Hz 27" Monitor - Better cable management - PSU with modular cables - Any stand for monitor (every stand will be better than my PSU box haha) - I'd love to see some cable mod (now I just paint my PCI-e and power supply cables to match that black/red interior) - also some watercooling in CPU (probably Corsair but we will see) - and finally, as I said before, I'm a student right now. this is only my rented room. I can't even change my desk or chair. That's why you see that retro furniture all around. I'll definitely change this in future and get some badass desk and chair for my set.
I think that's basically it. Hope you enjoy it as much as I do. Leave some comment if you mind - I'm gladly talk with you guys:)
P.S: All of it was possible because 5 year ago I met the best person (already my fiancée) in my life. She understand my hobby and what is more awesome - she also love my PC as much as I do and when I'm buying some new parts, we always build it together.
