Dmn, this looks professionally done. Your going to tell me this is your first custom water cooled build??!!. (insert applauds*) (You went all out on the pictures +1) It looks amazing. I hope you're are completely healed by now.

turbo_customs submitter 1 Build 1 point 43 months ago

Thank you that's kind of you to say.

Lepchin 3 points 43 months ago

Blood for the Blood God?

+1

turbo_customs submitter 1 Build 2 points 43 months ago

Skulls for the Skull throne!

xolot1 1 Build 2 points 43 months ago

Amazing work, thanks for sharing with us your talents! Did you use soft tube at the bottom radiators ?

turbo_customs submitter 1 Build 1 point 43 months ago

Yes, it was going to be too fiddly to hardline the pedestal, for maintenance purposes, but that was what I originally wanted to do.

xolot1 1 Build 2 points 43 months ago

Wise choice, it doesn't look like there was much space to work with at the bottom.

turbo_customs submitter 1 Build 1 point 43 months ago

Next to none, had to think on it for quite some time before deciding how to plumb it all up and where to drill the holes for bulkhead passthroughs.

James2276 1 Build 2 points 43 months ago

Great build mate. Looks like hospital equipment or was that the point. I think its awesome what you did. Really creative, just shows how much you can do to a PC. +1

turbo_customs submitter 1 Build 1 point 43 months ago

Not the point but quite a few people have said the same thing :)

FastGunna 2 Builds 2 points 43 months ago

This case has been on my list for a while, will be grabbing it the same day that I have enough money free to do a full loop. It would just feel wrong to put a single air cooled card and an H100i in this. hopefully the next couple months goes well then I will get one! Only question I have is how is the Res mounted? is it just suspended or is it anchored some where that I just missed?

turbo_customs submitter 1 Build 2 points 43 months ago

I highly recommend the case. The build quality is beyond anything I've owned before. The res is 'floating.' It's not using any brackets, it hangs off Monsoon lock collars. It's a risky design choice but the look it provides is unbeatable. More info here - https://youtu.be/tU1MoA3S30s?t=258

FastGunna 2 Builds 1 point 43 months ago

Thanks for the info, when I go all out I may squeeze something like this in :D

fignewton202 2 points 43 months ago

Whats with the wheels XD do you just sit on top of it parading it round you're house?

rajmahual 2 points 43 months ago

Its so heavy and big if he wanted to move it he doesn't want a chance of it falling over

turbo_customs submitter 1 Build 2 points 43 months ago

77cm tall, about 100lbs when full of water. The wheels are a godsend :)

jcbhammond 2 points 43 months ago

Why is there no SLI connector?

turbo_customs submitter 1 Build 1 point 43 months ago

I was waiting on an Asus ROG bridge to paint white. I've just started using a basic bridge for now, until I can get my hands on a nice looking bridge.

hawkeye1 1 Build 2 points 43 months ago

love the monsoon fittings. you did all the detail, screws, plates, the whole 9 yards. very nice.

turbo_customs submitter 1 Build 1 point 43 months ago

Thank you for noticing!

Jake762by39 6 Builds 2 points 43 months ago

This just gets my jimmies all rustled...

erickdiaz84 3 Builds 1 point 43 months ago

There is no need to be upset.

patrick77 1 Build 2 points 43 months ago

no 980Ti's?

mhd_q6r 2 points 43 months ago

Pls read description, took him six months to build it probably bought the 980s even before any rumors for the 980ti.

turbo_customs submitter 1 Build 1 point 43 months ago

Exactly that. It would definitely be Ti's if I was buying now, but the GPUs were purchased in January or thereabouts.

stardust 2 points 43 months ago

when i first saw this it thought it was a saw trap but its a pc, looks beautiful and is very very neat +1

convertedconsolegamer_92 2 Builds 2 points 43 months ago

I would love to see a TV show based on high in PC builders building rigs for celebrities and spoiled rotten rich kids.

M3RICA_ 3 points 43 months ago

this...

guitarhero23 2 Builds 2 points 43 months ago

I wish. I could do a lot of fun builds. Although I'm sure I'd be forced to build like 10 Call of Duty themed PCs a week.

Keptic 2 points 43 months ago

That cable management is a nerd's wet dreams.

Thecautiousone 10 Builds 2 points 43 months ago

TURBZ!!! Made the Top Spot eh??? Congrats mate and Slick Rig :)

turbo_customs submitter 1 Build 1 point 43 months ago

I just finished a HTPC/server build that didn't really warrant a build log (although the case is awesome - Origen S21t), a couple of client builds in the pipeline (one Case Labs), logs to come if I get permission.

Stupidmouth 2 Builds 2 points 43 months ago

Hows your experience with Galax as a whole? Did they ship from Hong Kong? How long did it take for your 980s to arrive? I ask because I just ordered a Galax 980 ti, last card in stock coming from HK supposedly. Didn't get charged sales tax either, you? Did you order from the galax store website?

Beautiful build btw +1

turbo_customs submitter 1 Build 1 point 43 months ago

I purchased via reseller and tax was automatically added by them, so I haven't had the Galax experience, so to speak.

daniellearmouth 2 points 43 months ago

...I had to read through the build log because of the mentions of blood piquing my curiosity.

I legit thought you were cooling your computer with your own blood......five litres of it, no less. That would have been...weird, to say the least.

But *******. That's a gorgeous build. Congrats, man!

Jim++ 2 points 43 months ago

Absolutely awesome build!! The cleanliness of it is incredible! +1 Quick question, what are the transparent plastic grips used to keep the cables tidy and in position called? I've been meaning to get some for my build but forgot what they are called.

turbo_customs submitter 1 Build 2 points 43 months ago

They are called cable combs. There are two main types - stealth combs, which have to be threaded onto the wires before the connector goes on and standard combs, which can be clipped on without removing the connectors. Hope that helps.

Jim++ 1 point 43 months ago

Ah yes of course! Thanks alot, that did help :D

elvenson 5 Builds 2 points 43 months ago

Now that's one sexy beast... Completely over the top and awesome.

turbo_customs submitter 1 Build 2 points 43 months ago

Overkill was definitely part of the theme :)

AceBalthazar 3 Builds 2 points 43 months ago

since i am upvote #150, i feel i need to say something. This is stunning. the thought and care that went into this are beyond anything i would have thought logical. it is more than a machine, this beauty is a work of art. it etches perfection into those who witness its glory. if the Midnight Express were a train, it would turn heads like a sports car does. this is probably one of the most stunning builds on this website that i have seen. it puts Cell's perfection to shame.

Congrats, good sir. you have done more than make a featured build. You have created a glorious device for us all to live up to. you are worthy of every upvote you receive

turbo_customs submitter 1 Build 1 point 43 months ago

Very kind of you to say, thank you.

AceBalthazar 3 Builds 1 point 43 months ago

you are quite welcome. always nice to see amazing computers

SnowBoy26 2 points 43 months ago

I hope your planning on overclocking. (Sorry if someone else already asked)

turbo_customs submitter 1 Build 2 points 43 months ago

It would be rude not to!

SnowBoy26 1 point 43 months ago

OK i just saw that the clock rates on the side were still at stock.

mmurp30 2 points 43 months ago

I love the design of having the motherboard horizontal :)

turbo_customs submitter 1 Build 2 points 43 months ago

That's what drew me to the case aswell. Something a bit different. Plus, no GPU sag!

erickdiaz84 3 Builds 2 points 43 months ago

So uh... You're adding a third 980 right? I mean come on, you can't stop here, that power supply yearns for the absolution of tri-sli. Don't think, just do it. Awesome build, by the way.

turbo_customs submitter 1 Build 1 point 43 months ago

Man... don't tempt me...

helix122 1 point 44 months ago

Wipes tears..... so beautiful

Smolenski 1 point 44 months ago

Jobran 1 point 43 months ago

This is so far the most complete and beautiful build I've ever seen. +1! Water cooling seems like rocket science to me _

lilginger98 1 Build 1 point 43 months ago

Lol I don't think you're ever going to have to worry about a hot computer! But that's an epic build +1 from me :)

Alvie 1 point 43 months ago

I Cri Evrytiem.

Revosok 1 point 43 months ago

joseph_teves 1 Build 1 point 43 months ago

Simply Epic! Love the build and the water cooling loop.

deadthing79 1 Build 1 point 43 months ago

I want to store cokes inside your mini-fridge/computer tower. That thing looks epic! You got my vote bro!

thekasafist 1 Build 1 point 43 months ago

Nice build +1. I have been considering some similar parts for the LC a couple of them bitspower and aquacompter parts you used. I really like those brands. Unfortunately I can't afford to toss mine together until next year but by then I'll be pushin an upgrade any how so it'll be more relevant.

SvenSkent 1 point 43 months ago

dude OMG

XxD34THxX 1 point 43 months ago

So many fans in that box...

geogeodude 1 point 43 months ago

10/10 - IGN

Smanivong 1 point 43 months ago

After I die I'm using my life insurance to fund this build... _ sick.

ElectricUniverse 1 point 43 months ago

This has to be used in a movie. An uber-hacker's lair. But I think it needs some new wheels. Those wheels look like office furniture. How about these: http://www.rockler.com/translucent-skate-wheel-casters-locking

Nice rig!

willslayah 1 point 43 months ago

Nice!

karneychen 1 point 43 months ago

dude... it so clean.. you deserve to get more points man this is glory music

Mayank0809 1 point 43 months ago

Neatest build ever!!! love the GPU waterblocks!!!

jackofaces 1 point 43 months ago

That was probably the worst experience in bleeding your loops. I would've probably quit and thrown the whole thing out half way through. Jeezus that must have been a nightmare.

TexasBuilder 2 Builds 1 point 41 months ago

And it's got wheels! Can it drive me to work too?

EvilLink22 1 point 41 months ago

Mhyoung 1 point 36 months ago

Amazing build with unbelievable attention to detail, what a labor of Love! Keep up the great work.

PCIntake 1 point 35 months ago

Idc if I'm a year late, this is the only build with the ability to defend itself against a virus (white blood cells in the blood XD) 11/10 would bang

turbo_customs submitter 1 Build 2 points 44 months ago

I don't have benchmarks but if you want them I can run crystalmark or whatever you would like. If I was buying parts now, I would definitely go with an NVME drive over the PCIe m.2 drive.

As soon as it's in service I surely will! Waiting on a sit/stand motorised desk and custom chair from work before I build the office (read: mancave) of my dreams :)
