Description

I built this to replace my crappy HP Pavilion and to play games. It runs most newer games on high-ultra settings (Batman Arkham Origins, Dead Island, Battlefield 3, Metal of Honor, L.A. Noire, GTA IV ect.). I saved a bunch of money by using the RAM from my HP and my brother gave me the hard drive and optical drive for free.

I have a question, but you did have to update or "flash " your Motherboard BIOS because it is a FX series CPU? I'm building a pc with almost all the same parts under $500, and I don't want to get anything wrong. Thank you in advance!

No I just installed the regular updates, everything works fine without flashing

Oh ok, thank you. Although, when you mean regular updates, do you do that after the build is complete with Windows or a OS installed? Something like drivers?

Sorry if I'm asking too many questions, but can I still install EVGA Gtx 750 ti (the same one you have ) to the motherboard you have? I thought that the card was PCI-Express 3.0, and the MOBO only has the PCI-Express 2.0. Does this make a difference?

-Thanks, yupol

Everything I have listed is fully compatible, You install windows then you pop in the drivers disks after its all configured and follow the instructions. Then update Windows (you'll probably have to a few times until its up to date).

Silly me, I forgot about the disk that comes with the motherboard, and all those other goodies. Thank you for all the help! Also what Power Supply do you have?

Just an update; my CPU cooler gets kinda loud when running graphically intense games so it's gonna be upgraded to a Cooler Master Seidon 120V water cooler.

Hey I was thinking about getting that fan controller and I was wondering how good it is. Could you tell me?
