Description

I've built this PC for my sister with intent of her learning Adobe Lightroom and Premiere Pro, she rarely plays PC games, but she has the option with HD4600 integrated graphics for older games. I have tried to keep it as cheap as possible but still powerful enough for video editing, another goal was to keep the PC silent as it will be standing in her bedroom, I think I managed to do that with a passive CPU cooler and a silent PSU that doesn't spin up until 60 percent load which it never does with current parts. There are two fans (intake and exhaust) both spinning at the same speed of 564 rpm, they only spin up if the CPU goes above 60 degrees, which frankly it never does.

You'll be surprised of how capable HD4600 is. anyways gaming was not the intent of this build

That i5 and super quiet build are a good idea. Is there still room to fit in a discrete gpu?

I understand you want it to be quiet, but $50 for a CPU cooler on an unlocked CPU?..

i5-4590 is not unlocked ;) and it was a risk, because for this much money I could have gotten a really nice active cooler, but everything turned out well
