Description

I already had the Graphics card, PSU, and Optical drive (which doesn't work). And because I'm a student, I get Windows 7 for $10.

It runs beautifully. I can play Mechwarrior Online on High settings at 50 fps the whole time. I haven't installed my Adobe products yet, but when I do I will let you know how that goes. They should work fine.

Xenocide...Ansible...

In the future, you will build the Battle School's "Desk" and write its "Giant's Drink" simulator.

Great build but the only bad choice imo is the fX-6100. You should've gotten the FX-6300 for about the same price if I remember correctly considering bulldozer processors were such a big flop and piledriver is much better.

How did I not see that? That one wasn't bench-marked on this site so I must have overlooked it. Well I hope it is still good. Is it that bad? why were they a flop?

They just really don't have great single core performance so even though its a six core it can perform more like a 4 core or even like a processor that has 2 cores and hyperthreads to 4 cores so it's just really not that great and the FX-6300 would perform more like a dumbed down 8350 as they both use piledriver technology and overclock really good. Nonetheless your build is good.

Nice cable management!! Have u tried any games on it yet? Also that cooler would be more effective exhausting out the back of your case but no biggie!!

I can play Mechwarrior Online (runs on Cryengine 3) on High settings and it runs smoothly at 50fps. The fan is facing that way because there is a bigger fan on top. Thought that might help it.
