Description

First PC I have ever built. I was on a budget but I am using this computer for gaming primarily. It works wonderfully and I wish I would have built it sooner!

Look into getting the hyper 212 evo just to get away from the stock cooler. I had the stock cooler on my 8350 and those things were LOUD. I never truly knew until I heard it at full blast one day and it was like as loud as the old Xbox 360 tanks used to be. The 212 will keep it nice and cool and is barely audible :)

You can get an 8 core cpu for a little more and it is a guaranteed power major its AMD and it Costs $163 around that price margin so otherwise a decent build. Although I would save for a GeForce GTX 980 so you can have top of line Graphics

nice wiring, you should read the manual on the 970 gaming, as the ram is not dual channel when you have them right next to each other like that. It should be in slot 1 and 3. As Renny stated, please put your pc on something other than carpet, your power supply will thank you for the air.

Wow... his build is almost identical to my parts list for my future budget pc... What do guys think of my parts list? I know i can get more performance with a different graphics card, but i would rather do that later when I have more money to spend. Besides, I plan to Upgrade a lot, this is just my first PC build btw.
