Description

This is my gaming PC that I got for Christmas. It was meant to be a good gaming PC for a lower budget that I could easily upgrade later when I have more money. I call it Ol' Blue because even though it doesn't have all of the blue I want in it, that is the theme I am looking to have later. I was able to get Windows 10 Pro for 50 $ by upgrading from a copy of windows 7 pro I got. I planned to get some Hyper X 2X4 2666 RAM but I upgraded in the end to the Corsair Vengance LPX 2X4 3000. So far the build has been great for all of my games that I normally play at ultra doing 60 or more FPS. It gets lots of gaming use on a daily basis and has been meeting all of my needs. I am very happy with my new computer and the build went smoothly for my first build except for trying to get windows on a USB that could boot properly. Please leave any comments on this build as it is my first and wonder how I did!

Cool build! On a side note, I am planning my first pc build, and it just so happens that I am using the exact same CPU,mobo, video card, and PSU as your build!

Are you able to get your ram running at the full 3000Mhz? Another person here on pcpartpicker has the exact same case and ram and reported capping out at 2400Mhz : https://ca.pcpartpicker.com/b/qLM8TW
