Description

Aww man. For someone who has never fully experienced what it is like to game on the PC.. this PC definitely allowed me to see. Consoles? PFFT. PC Gaming is obviously where it is at. The build itself was simple for my first I guess. I didn't run into any problems, had it running on the first try, and only took 3 hours to build.

As you can see, I didn't really care about my keyboard or mouse.. there wasn't any need for a pretty looking computer although the case I picked is very slick and nice. A lot of room to breathe and to work with.

I love this PC, and although it is great for me I am not finished building!

It is a lot of fun to pick parts and to build. My next budget will be double what it was on this one.

I can't wait for the next beast.. but for now, this PC rocks!

I agree. You need an AMD FX. The Phenom has integrated graphics. That makes it more expensive. Plus, 3ghz? That's a pretty low clock rate.

it really just depends on how strong those cores actually are, just because it has 4 cores, doesn't guarantee it'll run well.

Yea, I'm always wondering what people on the internet mean by "strong cores" High clock rate?

so its really pretty simple, say you have an AMD Athlon 860k and an i5-4690k both are quad core, both can be overclocked, so they seem the same right? nope, (obviously) the i5 has better performing cores, so essentially each core individually runs better, meaning all 4 cores together work incredibly well.

Well, I know it's pretty powerful, but as I said, it has integrated graphics, which adds at least +$25 to the price. I can't find the pricing on google, but I'm pretty sure that it's at least $100 (Right?), so I think that an AMD FX-6300 maybe would've been better.

Nevermind I'm being stupid and confusing it with athlons.
