How well does it run games?

Very smoothly, haven't run into any problems. I'm constantly playing Battlefield and other games on its highest quality.

I am a bit confused about your choice in power supply, I get that the CXM line is better than the CX line, but you could have gotten a lower wattage, higher quality, and fully modular PSU for about the same price because you don't need that much wattage...

See what happened there is that was not the original choice, I had another power supply before that one but it burned out randomly. With that power supply, there were mixed reviews and I risked it. With this power supply, I recently bought it at best buy for $50 because of a sale, so I just went with this one. I was also looking to upgrade in the future so I went with this one.

Great budget build! :D Those Astro headphones are one of the highest quality headsets available on the market, before the A50

Have you had any issues with the keyboard, are the leds bright?

Depends, you can change the brightness with the Razer software that comes with it. You can make macros and also customize the color and brightness to your liking. It's basically an RGB high quality mechanical keyboard, with easy programming software, and half the price of its competitor, Corsair K70 (Razer has WAY better LED lights than K70 does)
