Description

This was a fun build to make, didn't run into any issues or anything, everything works great, the Graphics Card is awesome, I get around 60-80fps average in games like Arma 3, GTA 5, Fallout 4 and so on, the SSD is really good, really improves the boot speed, the monitor looks amazing and is great for everything from watching movies to playing games, what can I say, it's an awesome build.

I've seen a first build with a ton of modding (and I believe hard tubing, etc.). It was shocking.

It's technically not my first PC, my first was an old i3 Dell Prebuilt I got as a gift from my parents a couple years ago, but since I got a part time job I decided to upgrade ;P

How well does that CPU cooler work? It looks a little weak for an i7 6700K. Do you overclock at all?

I barely overclock, but I can overclock to 4.1/4.2 ghz without issue, I don't dare go higher than that due to just having the Cooler Master, thinking about possibly water cooling down the road.

26°C under load on a cheap air cooler is impossible.

Did you go for a 1080 monitor because of price or can the 390x not really do 1440?

I already had the monitor before the PC was built, but yes the 390x can handle 1440p, so if I wanted to I could purchase a 1440p monitor and maintain good framerates.
