Description

My first ever build. Personally got everything from Amazon besides the 2070 super (best buy) since then I've added a few extras such as an extra ssd, upgraded the case exhaust fans to silent wing 3s, vga cables, etc.

Super clean build. What cables did you use?

I'm thinking about a 2070 Super build too. I think the 3700X is a little overpowered for the GPU, but depends on your needs I suppose

Im using the 2700x with a 2070 super. It runs perfectly and is nearly half the price but i think the 3700x is a little more future proofed.

Don't use 'bottleneck calculator' It depends on your use case - ie. 4k uses more GPU If you play CSGO with a R5 1600 and 2080 Ti you will be CPU Bottlenecked. That would do 4K 80hz gaming totally fine.

I was looking at doing a similar build. My biggest hangup was I wasnt sure if with the Meshify C ATX case had room for a 2070S gpu with a Corsair H100i aio with fans in front of it. Still looks tight, but doable. I assume the fans on the aio are front mounted and just hidden behind the front panel?

Yes front mounted and everything breathes fine. I could have actually top mounted it if I wanted to but this works well as is.

nice build for sure but im wondering about why would you get the rtx 2070 S the founder edition for such a price when you can get a better options like you could'v had the ROG adv one for example , just curious :)

Founders was atleast $100 less (at least when I looked) and fits better in this case.

Updated photo. I added silent wing 2 exhaust fans, basement light and an extra m.2 drive 😎
