What sort of temps does the 970 FTW reach when under moderate-heavy load.

+1, great mods, why did you get 2 sound cards? One is already overkill, 2 is just a waste. You can just run headphones trhough a dac. And why the Razer headphones with those soundcards? Razer headphones suck, and they don't really benefit with sound cards. Anyway, thanks for the build, and enjoy the sound. :/

Question: I have have that same mobo, well I bought it in early 2013. And it doesn't support PCI-E 3.0. Did they update it? or are you having any issues with it? I really want to run 2 970s, but I'm told that I cannot do it. My call to Asus about it: https://soundcloud.com/greg-peterson-2/asus-motherboard-upgrade

cool colors. what is the liquid cooler you are using? I don't see the Xigmatek Prime cpu air cooler.

I'm also interested in why 2 sound cards.

To everyone saying there are 2 sound cards, there aren't. Its one card, that takes 2 slots.

He edited it. He had two sound cards listed at first, on accident
