Description

Hey all, first time building a PC. No prior knowledge of PC building. Realize how PC company was building crap parts for their pre-built desktop. So decided to give it a try and build my own. Will mainly use it for leisure surfing the web/light gaming (although I notice I play a little more now with this desktop), and work. Did quite some research and had all the parts (except the extra fans) ready to install. Took about roughly 4 hours. Got it up and running and luckily everything work out great. It may not look the sexiest but it works and I love it.

Can you post some benchmarks? Also, love the leds +1. Do you play 1080p?

Haven't done any benchmark. Thanks! I love the leds as well. Was going for a blue/red look. I have play some light gaming. Mainly some assassin creed/tomb raider/ fallout 4 at 1440p in high setting. Very smooth. No issue yet.

Overall its pretty good, the price on the SSD and HHD make me cry though

Remember though, WD black and Samsung pro are performance drives. Plus they have longer warranties. 5 and 10 years, respectively, compared to only 2 and 5.

Thank you! Definitely expensive. But there were some cash back and rebates that I did. This build overall was actually only around $1200 for me. Something I plan on using for a while.
