Description

Went well. Was torn between the I-5 4690k and the I7 4790k. Ultimately, I had the extra cash so I went with the I7 and do not regret it! Runs cool and quiet and base temp hardly moves with the TPU overclock settings on the ASUS z97 board. Can't say enough about the GTX 970 either. I am playing farcry 4 and Metro last light on max setting with framerates over 100.

No not at all! I used it as an intake on the rear fan port, and use the stock 140 mm fan on the top of the rosewill case as the exhaust. Fits perfect. Best thing to do with the H60 in this case is use all the fans as they come stock and run the radiator on the rear exhaust fan as an intake so Corsair fan pulling in across the radiator. The Rosewill top fan vents the heat drawn in by the radiator right out. My temps are insanely low with this setup and I actually get super cold in my office because it sits under my desk and acts like and A/C unit.

Best,

Other than the PSU and SSD, your build are completely different.
