Description
Came out surprisingly well considering its the first build I've ever done. The extra ram is for when I'm running more that one Minecraft client and a server. 5ooGB of storage is fine for me for some reason. Actually only using about 2/5 of my storage with around 45 games. Cable management got a bit rambunctious in the back but it looks pretty good for a first build.
4/12/2019 Edit: The main thing I changed was the cable management and the SSD placement. I'm also thinking about swapping the stock fans with some RGB Nzxt fans, adding a 1tb m.2 SSD, and buying some Cablemod pro cables with the 20% coupon that came with my mobo. Also added some more pictures.
8/24/2019 Edit: Overclocked my CPU to 5Ghz stable.
Part Reviews
CPU Cooler
Keeps my 8700K in the high 30's on idle (Celsius).
Motherboard
Looks great through the H500i, love the black PCB. The Bios could be better though.
Memory
Great RAM, mobo recognized the recommended XMP profile.
Storage
Standard SATA 6gb SSD works good for what I need.
Video Card
Great card. Will handle VR games like a pro.
Case
Great case with a decent amount of RGB strips and a good fan hub.
Power Supply
More than enough power than needed, Ready for upgrading when needed in the future.
