This computer will mostly be used for programming, local server testing, virtualizing Linux distros and (non-hardcore) gaming. Occasionally it will be used for video editing / 3D modeling.

Maybe I should have considered better cooling, as ambient temps are around 37ºC (99ºF) during summer, and I've seen CPU idling at 38ºC sometimes.

I live in Spain. As you can see and as you might have expected, computer parts and in general technology (and more in general, everything) is ridiculously overpriced. I ended up buying most parts at a german e-commerce website that seemed to have the lowest prices (that I had access to) here in Europe. The parts that are marked as "already purchased" are the ones I used with my old PC.

Don't tell me that's in USD. If so, I'm gonna cry. I can't take it. Make the horrid prices go away. It still hurts. I can't look anymore.

Currency is USD. I've converted from Euros (€); I live in Spain.

Euros are worth more than dollars but for some reason prices in electronics aren't normally adjusted to make the true value the same :/ That's why the prices are seeming so high to us.

Maybe it is a little overpriced, but if you consider all of the accessories (assistant fans, thermistors, dust covers + filters) that come with it, it is well worth it.
