Description

This was my first "real" build as in part by part, and I was a little nervous to take this on, but it eventually worked out.

The biggest issue I ran into with this was that the radiator for the Raijintek Trition was not pre-drilled so the screws were very difficult to get into the mounting holes. In addition to these screws being difficult the little mounting holes are also very easy to strip.

The whole build took about 6 hours and I have a time lapse video for most of it. I'll post it on youtube once I edit it together nice, and I'll update my post to include a link.

UPDATE I have posted my build video/timelapse to youtube :) http://youtu.be/tVrbZJrVNrA

Wow, this looks amazing!

The power supply looks cool, even though I know nothing about Apevia lol.

It's not a popular brand, but this power supply is reliable. I recycled it from an older build.

It is horribly low quality and extremely dangerous.

Stellar looking build, love the effect that the blacklight has on the PSU cables and CPU cooler! You clearly did a significant amount of planning when coordinating these parts, +1 for you!

Impressive cpu cooler! I love a coordonated color scheme! Green is not a common color.

That cooler looks wicked...does the liquid stays clear when the pump starts?

No, the liquid is light green, and then under my blacklights, they glow green.

Loving the colors! What are your temps like with that cooler? Awesome job though :)

I'm still playing with overclock settings, but right now with a "light" overclock I'm at around 37-38 °C

It's pretty awesome, at the lowest speed it is barely audible and it pushes a good amount of air right into the GPU heatsink.

I was playing Skyrim (maxed) @ 1080 and my GPU fans would only kick on every once in a while at low RPM, then they would shut off again.

So you've had decent success with the apevia power supply?
