Everything installed very easily. The only issue I had was with the additional power needed for the motherboard. The ATX 12v cable that was provided with the Corsair RM850x didn't match up shape wise. I looked at the cables pin shapes and they didn't match to the diagram in the motherboard booklet. I didn't want to force the cable in and then fry my board. I kept looking at the shapes and then noticed that even though the shapes didn't match the cable was still shaped to fit in the plug on the motherboard. After that all ran great. You need two different power cables to power the motherboard. If you only do the large cable your system wont boot up.. The Corsair Air 540 is very well build. Being able to pack all your cables and drives on one side of the case helps air flow tremendously. The two Sandisk x400 in Raid 0 smoke! Game levels load almost instantly. And do I really need to say anything about the EVGA GTX 1080 SC?!?! The rumors are true, best ever! I've been waiting for a specific time to buy a new PC and that was based on PC heat. All the parts I picked run nice and cool, even on a hot summer day. Much better than the PC/Heater I had before. One thing that was a major pain was the plastic wrap on the GTX 1080. Thanks a lot EVGA! Total BS, they laid down the plastic wrap and then screwed in the little screws in to the face plate. So there is no way to completely get all the plastic wrap off unless you use an exacto knife to cut around the screws. Or remove the screws and then put them back. Not cool for a $700 card!
