Description

Just an upgrade to my old rig. Meant for some light gaming and programming work.

Only complaint is that the 650D case's front usb 3.0 doesn't come with cables to hook up to the motherboard directly. :(

had to purchase an internal usb 3.0 connector cable to hook them up.

This should last me another 3-5 years (fingers crossed)

Just so you know, a 27" monitor at 1080p has the same amount of pixels as a 21" monitor at 1080p. A 27" monitor will have less PPI due to its larger size. What I'm really trying to say, though, is that performance will be the same on both monitors. The 770 is a great card though :]

But he might get 1440p...

True. I was just making sure he wasn't thinking that a 27" monitor by default has more pixels than a 21" monitor.

The monitors are from my previous build. I only changed the CPU.

RAM: High latency :( SSD: You could get an Samsung 840 Pro with more capacity lol. Keyboard+Mouse: Super overpriced. I think you cold save like $200+ if you bought some cheaper stuffz

LOL... 840 pro costs $77 more for an extra 6gbs? Thanks but no thanks.

Keyboard and mouse were bought over the years during sales.

I read somewhere that the pro has 50% more preformance than the regular samsung 840, that would explain the jump in price

Nice quality parts. The only thing that might need work is cable management.

yep,

Will get down to that once I hook up everything.. still missing the hdds, optical drive and getting the internal usb connectors for usb3 to mobo.
