This is very nice! I am a fan of that case tbh. Although I wouldn't build inside it, it's caught my eye a time or two on NZXT's website. Goodjob

The RAM, I accidentally ordered 1 8gb stick instead of 2 4gb sticks. So I ordered another 8gb stick to have dual channel memory. Thanks

how's the ventilation for the case?

I worried about that, but since its been running, everything stays very cool. Have two intake fans in the front and using the cooler fans as exhaust and my temps stay pretty low all the time. So I guess I can say the ventilation is good, even before I removed the unused HDD cage.

I see, cuz I'm thinking of getting that case as well, but a lot of reviews said that it has poor ventilation and it can't fit a cpu cooler that is higher than 158mm

Well all I can say is that I have no problems with ventilation and my water cooler fits with no problem. So I dunno.
