Why did you get a non k cpu with a "Z" board?

Throw a better cooler on that *****

Such a nice build. Good cable management. Ditch the stock CPU cooler.

The stock cooler's fine, the i5-4670 isn't an overclockable CPU. The only reason for an aftermarket cooler is for aesthetics.

It has turned into a 'thing' though, where a stock cooler is looked down upon within the custom pc building community by many people. You spend this much money and to skip on something so cheap looking. It's just painful to look at sometimes.

It doesn't look that bad, the gold on the MoBo looks worse IMO. An MSI Z87-G43 would have been £75 (not sure about USD) cheaper and nicer. Or an ASRock H97 Fatality for £60 less.

Ya that gold.... Maybe even an Asus z97 AR or an Msi Krait would have been nice. Either way nice build!
