Description

CPU: FX6300 -Look good for the price i want. I will not overclock it, i only play light games, and its for my office use only so i picked fx6300 over an AMD APU Series, so i can upgrade a cheaper GPU. and for the board- MOTHERBOARD: MSI 970 GAMING -I choose MSI 970 GAMING over ASUS M5A97 LE R2.0, because ive done so many research and BOOM! sorry for the ASUS company but many people DISLIKE the MOBO many reviews says that (DONT BUY THAT PIECE OF JUNK) and many agree to that, but from the MSI 970 GAMING the features look good, audio boost tech awesome, and for the price i want it bad!!! like i told you guys I WILL NOT USE OVERCLOCKING.so its good for me to have it! GPU: Sapphire R7 260x 2gb -For me there is so many options. but the reason i choose this brand is that im on a budget. and im not a HEAVY GAMER! i just want to relax sometimes in my office play some LIGHT GAMES but i want to play BF4,CRISIS,FAR CRY 3 etc. or MODERN GAMES. but im ok with the MEDIUM SETTINGS. so i choose this one as my GPU. and its really realy good! MEMORY: Corsair Vengeance 4gb DDR3-1600 -for me its ok to go with 4gb, i can manage upgrading it in the future. i think it will run my pc for good! PSU: EVGA 500W -many reviews from the community saying that this PSU is a good PSU. thats the reason i choose it :) HARD DRIVE:Western caviar 1TB -I choose it because of its massive REVIEW to the community. *CASE:Aerocool VS-92 Black Window Edition -I want it really bad. just waiting for it to arrive so that i can build my DESKTOP

JUST WAITING THE OTHER PARTS TO ARRIVE SO THAT I CAN POST THE PICTURE OF MY BUILD.. :)

My only critique is the GPU. You could've gone with a 270 or a 270X for a little more.

Thats a nice little cheap gaming PC but I know you're waiting for parts but some people on here gets really butt hurts when a build in'st finished just letting you know in-case someone starts complaining but overall a nice chaep pc but you could of got 8GB of memory for that price but you got 4GB.

perfect example of a AMD budget build. I have the 6300 on my newest build and I love it. In this build I would have maybe went with a athlon x4 760x CPU and spent the extra $$ you'd save on a r9 270. But still, even with a 260x you'd be able to play just about anything on lower settings.

How much was the the build in total for you? I was thinking of doing something similar for a friend.

I had the VS-92, I think it was a dumb choice since it doesnt have a lot of space, you can get a mediocre cable management on it and the hdd bays are really confusing. If you want to see it just look at my only build I have registered now I have a C70 vengeance, and this is one helluva case

I honestly have no issue with this build. It looks solid and anyone who complains about any of the parts is just a snob. Good work bro.

Nice build! I have the same CPU/GPU combo. Even though you said you only want to do light gaming, you CAN do a lot more than just that. I have been able to play all my games on Ultra settings and get 50+ FPS, and that's even with doing a stress test with spawning in everything I could at once. Keep us updated if you upgrade this later on! +1

I don't count mail in rebate, but he could have gotten a gigabyte r9 270 open box for the same price at a microcenter

lol playing Far Cry 3 on medium, you will be lucky if you get 30 fps on low. Crisis is also very demanding, no way that will be playable on medium. Those are anything but "light games". BF4 is different, mantle will give you better performance with lower end hardware.

You seem to underestimate the power of his components. He can easily play FC3 on ultra and get playable frames, Crisis = different story and BF4 is light on AMD cpu's and graphics.

AGREE TO THAT. coz im not a heavy gamer :) thanks man

yes specially on a budget like me.

No, YOU sir seem to OVERESTIMATE the power. On ultra, the 260x gets 20 FPS on Far Cry 3, I researched it. I hardly consider that a playable framerate. BF4 is optimized around AMD, and mantle will help his hardware run it better. I'd research benchmarks before making false claims.

30 FPS is generally accepted to be the minimum playable framerate. with lower graphical settings, im pretty sure the 30 average could be achieved with a 260x.

I completely agree with you on that. However when benchmarks of the card indicate 20 fps on ultra, I cannot understand why someone would want to crank the graphics all the way up to be tortured by that miserable framerate. The statement that Moltraze made was a foolish one indeed.

I looked at a recording of it on youtube, please restate your facts and reconsider calling me foolish.

the statement you made saying that OP would be lucky to get 30 FPS on low was a bit of stretch if 20 FPS is acheivable on ultra.

you don't, so please discard that idea. 4 GB is limited but capable of playing games. plus, the RAM is for CPU tasks so if its a cpu heavy game then it may be a SLIGHT problem, but probably not if you keep your PC clean of background processes that eat up lots of RAM

agree to that bro. im not a HEAVY GAMER. i just want to play light games. not ultra settings :) its just for fun for me. 4gb is enough to this budget but when i got money this christmas ill get 1 4gb for the total of 8gb ram.
