Description

After building a pc for my son earlier on this year for gaming, streaming, video editing and rendering. Then one for my wife in late July after she was recovering from surgery. As she needed one that was a bit more updated than the one she had, as her old mac book just wasn't getting the job done. Now she can be more productive with her business and its able to meet her needs and provide her with the reliability that she needs. So I finally held out for the black Friday deals this year and finally put together my very first pc for myself as my ancient acer laptop had seen its better days.

I feel very happy with the way that it turned out and it meets my needs and has been able to handle everything I've thrown at it pretty much. Mainly use it for gaming, streaming, and a few things work related. Basically my daily driver. I know that the power supply is a bit overkill but I want to upgrade my CPU and GPU down the line without having to get a new power supply as well. So far thermals are within range and it runs fairly cool. Only thing I adjusted was the GPU fan curve as the 590s are know to run fairly warm. Other than that everything else is running very smoothly. Had to mount the AIO on the front instead of the top due to clearance issues from the RAM.

Building in the Define C Mini was a breeze. What an excellent case to build in. The Velcro straps and all the tie down points on the back made cable management very easy. Plus I removed the hard drive cage that was in the basement of the case to give me a bit more room down there as well. Over all I am very pleased with the way it turned out and couldn't be any happier. My wife loves it to. And she said its about time you build one for yourself instead of just one for me and our son. But that's the way I am I put my family first before myself : )

Items purchased on Black Friday 2600x 119.00, H100i RGB Platinum SE 115.00, Asus Monitor 79.00, Power Supply 99.00, Mini C TG 89.00.

its an awesome build! it will have low temps and it will have high framerates. The power supply seems fine enough. Anyone who complains about that is nitpicking

Nice build mate! I just wanted to know does the Corsair LED fan require Corsair Commander Pro or Corsair Lighting Node Pro to be operate and light up?

No they don’t require any extra connections to light up. As the leds are built into the center of the fan. Only a four pin connection. I have all three of them hooked up to the deep cool fan hub which I plugged into one of the fan headers on the motherboard. And use MSI command center to control them.
