Good choices. Cable management isn't necessarily important or necessary for this kind of build, but it's always nice.

Forgot PSU? and I am curious too, why not FX 4350? It may show that it clocks 'faster' but I believe the 6300 outperforms the 4350.

The 6300 actually barely outperforms the 4350 by maybe a couple more percentages. If you aren't going to do any overclocking, the faster speed of the 4350 makes it better, the 4350 is also newer and has a better single core score compared to a single core of the 6300. All together though, the 6300 is a better CPU... but not by that much.

You should overclock on the 990x chipset not the 970, you will get much more stable speeds

I am actually kind of dissapointed with this build. You could've gotten a better GPU for the money (GTX 650 TI Boost/ 260X). I also think You could've gotten a cheaper price for the hard drive. I also think you could've gotten a better CPU like the 6300. The only thing I like about the build is the RAM, MOBO, Case, and Optical drive you chose.

I got a lot of the stuff on really good sale(CPU was $40 off, among other things)
