Description

I wanted to build one for a while and Black Friday deals finally made me pull the trigger. Especially, 2700X with Wraith Prism Cooler at $130 and 1660 Ti open box at $188 (after $20 MIR) were too good to miss.

I also wanted to show my sons (12 yo and 10 yo) that a PC could be built and it seemed to work well. They now understand roles of different parts.

Finding right connectors on MOBO was a bit difficult but once I figured it out with manual and YouTube videos, everything went ok.

I didn't mean to have many RGB fans but Prism Cooler and a RGB fan that came with Corsair 175R were beautiful and I decided to put more RGB fans. Kids love them. Now 3 intake in front and 2 exhausts on the back and the top. I hope this makes good air flow.

How and where did you get everything so cheap?

Everything is from Micro Center. They had great deals toward BF. Note 1660 Ti was an open box. Bundling deals for CPU, MOBO and SSD, and MIR for 1660 Ti and the case made this possible. I was lucky.

Absaloute stunning build, But you might want to move your 1660ti to the top PCIE slot for optimal preformance!

Thank you for your advice! May I ask what the difference between the top slot and others is?

Now I know the top is x16 and the other was x4. I moved my 1660 Ti to the top. Thank you!
