Took my sister though her first computer build for christmas. Powerful enough for gaming, light enough for travel.

Not a lot of options for cable management in this case but when you put the cover on you cant see it anyway. The pc is super quiet too. The graphics card seems to have direct access to cool air through vents on the case. CPU heat is being moved outside by a small fan on the other side plus the large fan from the PSU.

All in all, very impressed.

Love the portability consideration! I've occasionally seen people carting around mid-towers, when they probably should have made something like this in the first place.

I'm planning a pretty similar build with this case, but I'm worried about the airflow. Do you have any CPU/GPU temp measurements under load? Did you use the stock case and CPU fans?

Hey, question here. Do you use the antenna for the wifi? Mine will be sitting right next to my router and I didn't know if it's necessary. Thanks.

If your PC is somewhere you can plug it in, you are gonna get better performance doing that. The wifi is just nice to have if you are in an area where you can't connect through ethernet. If you are looking to connect to wifi Gigabyte has a Rev 2.0 version of this board with 802.11ac

yeah I got jipped! I didn't check which one I was getting on Amazon. Amazon has this model listed but doesn't say which revision it was. Well in the details for it it says a/b/g/n only. No A/C I should have checked before ordering. But I don't have AC router yet anyway. I actually have tried it without the antenna and it does work.
