Description

I see post after post on Reddit/Forums/YT w/ people talking about their shiny new X570 not hitting boost with Ryzen 3000. This $59 A320 hits boost, and it lets me make BCLK adjustments (100-104), I’m running mine @ 3% OC (103 BCLK) and hitting boost. I love it. XMP loads w/o issue and I have great fan speed control. I’m looking for a case that I can move this build into. The GEEEK MX110 Frame is only for testing. Parts purchased over time. This is not a ‘Build’, it’s just what I’m currently using.

Snappy little build. Fortnite, Lite photo work (Family), and web browsing.

This board has 3 BIOS that are ‘Ryzen 3000 Ready’. ‘F40’ 2019/06/28, ‘F41’ 2019/07/30, and ‘F42’ 2019/08/28. ‘F40’/‘F41’ produce WHEA Code 17 Errors (Event Viewer String indicates Realtek Ethernet controller as cause, Drivers do NOT Fix issue.) that will bluescreen/reboot. F42 does NOT produce these errors. Whatever was wrong w/ F40/F41, they fixed w/ F42. I’m using Chipset Driver 1.8.19.0915, in case anyone else w/ this board wants to pop a 3600 in.

Overall, the title of my post is fitting. The only thing I would like would be a second M.2, but I’m fine with only having 1. I just wonder if this board would react the same with an 8 or 12 core offering. A 3700X @ 103 BCLK would be 4532 MHz. Fun stuff to think about.

Testing w/ R5 3600 @ 103 BCLK (4326 MHz) - R15 Single: 201 Multi: 1664 / R20 Single: 502 Multi: 3790

Definitely a nice setup. I didn't like the temps/volts with PBO on my 3700x so just overclocked to 4.3@1.35v
