A bit overpowered for my needs and will add a mechanical hard drive or SSHD in it soon. Manage to overclock the CPU to 5GHz, but the temps are a little higher than what I was comfortable with (77-86 while stress testing with CPU-Z)), so I put it at 4.9GHz and it's around 70-79 degrees when stress testing with CPU-Z. If I do anything wrong, feel free to tell me, I'm new to this.
Edit: I got a Seagate FireCuda 1TB SSHD, and the cable management might look horrible because when I took the pictures, I haven't tidy up the cables yet. I just want to see if it'll boot or not.
Update: Added a Kingston UV400 480gb and a Silent Wings 3 for H100i v2
Got mine running at 4.9GHz and 1.265v with temperature from 60 to 79 degrees underload (with Corsair H100i v2). Runs Prepar3D with heavy addons at great FPS. Very satisfy with this CPU.
Managed to overclock my i7-7700K to 4.9GHz. Can run a bit loud when CPU is under load, but once I choose the "quiet" profile on my Corsair link, the noise is not that bad. I don't really care about the noise, since I like to hear the fans spin.
Does what it's suppose to do.
Really can't say much, but it gets the job done and do what I expected to do.
