Description

Imaginative name right? I try not to get too attached to inanimate objects, finding it difficult with this little beauty, though.

This is a 16 Year Old's Build, and I had a lot of fun making it. I got some prize money for good GCSE results and figured I'd build myself a PC, My dad also asked me to build his one, which I'll probably upload later (He's using it at the moment...).

Some questions you may have:

Why the H100 over H100i?

Long story short - about £20 cheaper and with the Noctua fans barely any difference in performance, and I'm not too fussed about the colour of the LED on the CPU block.

3770k over 3570k or 4670k and beyond?

Well, despite my age, this isn't just for gaming, I am learning programming (Have been learning pascal for the past few years, tried Java but was really slow going, now I am trying out c#, want to use it for Game Dev), and blender (This thing is a pretty fast at rendering in cycles), and, well, anything I want. The reason why I didn't go for the 4770k was for the price, It costed more for the motherboard and for the chip by a fair margin, and I wanted to get a decent board for over clocking, hopefully this also explains the graphics card.

Why a 2.5" Drive?

My dad bought it for me - ask him. At least it's a WD Black one, which I've heard good things about.

Is 4.1ghz a max OC?

No, I want to go for longevity, and this runs at about 60*c under full load, and survived a few hours of prime 95 (It didn't crash, I stopped it as I wanted to try out a few games.), so I could definitely go higher, but at the moment there is no reason to.

But can it play Minecraft?

I do not own Minecraft, nor do I have any intention of buying it. Please direct all Minecraft related questions to your nearest waste disposal unit.

I can play games on ultra 1080p no problem, It really is incredible, and a far cry from the 540m I had chundling away in my old laptop.

Cable Management?

Yeah - It's not exactly up there with the greats, I tried but there isn't much space in there. It's much better on my Dads PC, where I used the stylish define mini, I you guys think it is a problem I'll work on it. Also, I know the window on the graphics card will make the clock speeds a little slower, but it looks too good for me to consider changing it back to the mesh.

Am I annoyed I didn't wait for AMDs new cards? Nah, I built this a few weeks ago and it hasn't exactly let me down.

Hopefully these parts are future proof enough, just checked the specs for watch dogs and I'm all set for that. Although, I'm hoping 8 virtual cores will be what they mean by 8 cores, it doesn't really matter anyway.

One last thing, being a student I shot a little above my price range, and, kind of need the money back... So if anyone is interested in buying leave me a message, I live in the UK so unless your willing to fully cover the cost of postage I will not send it overseas, also I'll include the mesh panel if you want it.

Tl;Dr; I had fun, And it's for sale.

Thanks For Reading.

so how much are you looking for it?

Preferably somewhere around the build cost - I'm not looking for a profit really - I would just like the money back. In an ideal world anywhere from £1300 - 1400 (excluding postage), but if you are interested just make me an offer. Also forgot to mention earlier - the graphics card is by palit - exactly the same as the MSI one, though.

I have the 540m in my laptop [GTX 770 in my recently built desktop :)] and pretty much anything is an upgrade from that. Congrats on the build!

The specs there are completely wrong haha. The description has the proper specs (mostly) if your still interested Will likely only deliver to UK though.
