Description

After years of using an old pc that was really slow and couldn't move any game, i decided it was time to spend some money and get a better pc. I know it could be better, but this is all i can afford at the moment, and i'm really happy with the results so far.

Before getting this case i read that the cable management was not really good but i think i did a decent job, considering my psu is not modular and it uses those fat/ugly cables lol

Nicely done with your budget here! Also impressed with the cable management for the non-modular PSU. No idea what it is though so I do apologize for feeling, "Yikes, what the heck is that PSU?"

Edited: What is shown below by LemmingSlayer, may want to swap the PSU out for a better one, like Seasonic, Corsair, EVGA, Antec etc. There's a hyperlink below that helps out there further explained. I knew the good ones but had no idea on this PSU until LemmingSlayer linked info about it.

Great job on your parts, and enjoy your new gaming computer! +1

Ah I see, thanks for passing this information over! Now I can officially say yikes! Replacing that PSU would be suggested.

this is probably the best ever cable management you can do with this case, an you did a really good job with it, how is the 960 4gb edition?

Thanks! i'm very strict about the cable management, i can't stand messy cables haha. The gtx 960 is awesome, it runs every game i have tried on high-ultra settings without effort and it doesn't make any noise. There was only like 30€ of difference between the 2gb version and the 4gb one, so i went with the 4 gb one!

I have been playing tomb raider on ultimate settings at 1080p@60fps, and also the witcher 3, which came free with the gtx 960, works on med-high settings at 1080p@40-60fps.

I'm looking into buying the motherboard you have, how do you think of it?

I have only been using it for a few days, but everything is working perfectly so far. Easy to setup and install, the layout is awesome and it allows a good cable management, 8+2 phases, tons of usb ports, crossfire, and it's also really good looking! Pretty awesome motherboard for the price imo.

Did the Cooler fit in all right? Built mine in this case and said the 212 might not fit

Thank you! I'm very happy with the FX-6300, it works like a champ with every game i have tried, and the same goes for the gtx 960. Now, about the psu, i had a limited budget so that's what i could get, but i plan on getting a better one in the future. Thanks for the advice!
