Doesn't this case have some sort of cable management system ?
Good build aside from the overkill PSU, you could have saved a bit there to get a better mobo. Why did you buy the professional version of Windows 8 and not the regular one if not too indiscreet ?
yes it does have a cable management system. it has grommets all around the mobo leading behind the mobo tray got the psu about a year ago with the thoguht of not upgrading it for a few years lol. i didnt buy the pro, i got it for fre through my college.
Oh okay, it's simply that the cables did not seem to be routed behind. Concerning Windows 8, you should set the purchased cost to 0 then it would show a bit better the real cost of this build.
yeah the 2 cables flopping around in the case are pci-e cables for the missing card haha. makes it look like theres no cable management
Yeah, just a tad ;)
Haha the thing is,I didn't do it on independence day on purpose, it just kinda happened!
You can hit reply on here. Also btw, you forgot to list your case
Looks like an Aerocool X3 Predator
you are right katinea. but i couldn't find it on the list of cases.
Cool I thought so. Its a little out of my budget. You can add custom parts to the build list on this site and add it that way. Nice build
I got the case for $94 shipped on tiger direct. normal price is $140, and Thank you
Just in time for Independance Day.
I like the look of your desktop overall. The only think i "meh" is the graphics card, not that it isn't powerfull, but i think you overpayed on it. I would have aimed for a 7970.
Anyway awesome job.
got the 670 for $295 open box. it broke in a week so asus is sending me a new one in an RMA. that's why you dont see it in the photos. and to be honest, the week i had it it worked great for 1080p gaming. it boost clocked itself to 1.2 ghz and scored 850 on eungine heaven benchmark. where the reference 680 scored 900 with the same settings.
new pics what u think
i will i got it to 4.2 ghz overclock with that cooler =). I was thinking about custom water cooling it to see what i could get out of the mobo/cpu
