Description

Hello all! This was my first crack at building a custom PC. As you can tell, I will mostly use this for work/productivity purposes. However, I will play a few games here and there, so hopefully this will keep up for a few years. I plan on adding another 8GB of Memory soon, and will also explore adding more storage. I had a really hard time with cable-management in this case. Basically, I got wires hidden but was worried about fan interference. The cable management was tricky, but not as tricky as hooking up the MOBO! Thanks to all of the Youtubers for their videos that gave me the confidence to try a build. I also hope to overclock this soon, to maybe 4.2, but I have to learn how to do it first!

Any suggestions, or comment, on the build is much appreciated! I can already tell that I will be adding things and probably rebuilding the system in a few years.

Yeah, I cannot figure out the cable management part. I need to see if there are some other builds on the site that use this specific case for some pointers. Thanks for the feedback!

If you get your CPU to 4.2Ghz and keep it stable, i'd love to know how! Lol. I have the same one and just bumped up the core to like 210 mhz - so it tops out at about 3.6ghz with 18x multiplier :P

But I was debating between putting a custom design on this or the white case. Thanks for the pictures, cause it confirmed the white case ;) Not that this is bad! I just prefer the white.

As far as suggestions; pick up the 16gb Ram kit. They're going on sale on Newegg left and right, and will only get better over Thanksgiving ;D
