Description

Note to anyone buying the motherboard - it only has 3 fan connectors and only 2/3 are PWM controlled. Case fans suck. Other than that I'm very happy with it. GPU runs a little hot but doesn't lag when pushed hard (came with FarCry3 for free). I might upgrade to a SSD when i can afford it.

This is mediocre. I don't think you should've spent 240$ on the monitors when you only had 1000$ to spend. If you got one monitor you could've put more money into your GPU, and you also could've went with a Hyper 212 evo because it doesn't seem like you need that liquid cooler, not too many hot parts running in there. Lastly, for gaming you definitely don't need 16GB of RAM. The money could've been spent better so that's why I feel like this mediocre.

I agree with you about the ram and the liquid cooler, but I can't fault the guy for wanting two monitors.

I just don't think it was the best choice for a 1000$ build. He could've went with a better gpu than saved up for another monitor which would've done him much better.

Yeah, i guess if you think about it that way I would agree with you.

for your build 2 monitors is a waste u could have gotten a 7870 gpu but u got a 7770 instead.

I like your build, why did you choose a 7770 instead of a 7870?

Thanks. Really just the price. For what I'm doing the 7770 is more than enough.

It's confusing cuz you bought 2 gaming monitors and an expensive cooler but you don't really game..??!??

How did you get that monitor at $120? And you could have gotten a 7850 for just a little more, giving you much higher overclocking capabilities.

There was a Newegg special a while back :) Yea I looked at the 7850 but I'm not going to be overclocking anytime soon.

Has literally nothing to do with over clocking...

I gotta ask what your premise was when you picked out these parts... Like what do you use this for?

How is the PSU holding up? I just installed mine on my build but I'm getting sketchy.
