This is my first PC build. I am upgrading from an older Emachines desktop. I use my PC for web browsing and light gaming. I tried to keep to the white and black theme. I decided to add the blue LED fans during the final stages of the build. I wanted to try to keep the build around $600, but the OS put me over the estimate. There were no hardware compatibility issues. The cable management was time consuming, but I wanted it to look somewhat neat and organized.
I upgraded with the new Sapphire RX 470 NITRO+ 4GB and an AMD Wraith CPU cooler. I was considering the Cooler Master 212, but I got a good deal on the Wraith. The Wraith is perfectly silent. The RX 470 is a little loud at load, but it is silent at idle. Great performance out of this card. Also has a LED logo you can customize.
8 cores and it is compatible with the MSI 970A SLI motherboard.
This goes with my black and white build and has lots of features. It has support for 3.0 USB front ports on my case also. I would have liked more fan hookups though.
These white sticks look great on the Krait board.
Going from a traditional HDD to this SSHD is like night and day.
Great performing card for a good price. The LED logo can be changed to show the fan speed, PCB temp, or a chosen RGB color. Silent at idle, but a little loader at load.
The case is roomy, easy to work with, and aesthetically pleasing. A wanted something with a side window also.
750W may be overkill for my build, but it being semi-modular is nice and it had a mail in rebate from NCIXUS.
Fans are very quiet and the blue LEDs are nice looking.
A good quality and affordable 2.1 speaker system.
