I built this PC as a birthday present to myself to replace my aging system from 2013. Some of my parts carried over form my old build, such as the two Samsung SSDs and the power supply, but that was about it. I initially purchased an RX580 for the build, but I wasn't really satisfied with that card. A friend of mine then offered me a used 1080 he had for a decent price. The only issue with the build is that I had to remove one of the Kraken radiator fans to fit the 1080 in the build, otherwise everything went together without a hitch.

It's absolute bull that you can get all cores to run at 5GHz.

But i do like it the build. :)

I disagree, he could have very easily grabbed a 8700k pre-packaged before the 8086k came out, and still then, you can still get an 8700k capable of overclocking to 5ghz.
