Description

The coolermaster case is an ugly but very practical case. This rig preforms well for gaming. Payday 2, easy. CS:GO, no problem. I have not tested it any demanding games yet but I expect good results. Preforms well for multitasking.

EDIT: It runs Bioshock infinite and Farcry 4 on ultra, with no problems. Shadow of Mordor can only run on high texture settings in large areas without lag when moving the camera view.

Should've called it The Ugly Duckling. It's grey, check. It looks ugly, check. It performs great, check. Done!

+1. Very nice overall!

Nice build with a 280x! Will the CPU bottleneck it tho?

No. Most people who say that just want you to get better components, but no. I use a r9 290x and im still getting 100% gpu usage with my fx6300.

Oh ok, I was skeptical about the 6300

i also used the fx6300 for my 500 dollar rig, beautiful cpu. i paired it up with my r9 270x Dual x Oc edition from sapphire and plays bf4 maxed out all day.

They seem to get a lot of negativity, but I don't understand why.

because the fx 6300 isnt the best option to play cpu intensive games, but if you are playing GPU intensive games, its perfect.

hmmm not sure why it say differently for you and it says Newegg as the retailer

It says that because i'm assuming you don't have Amazon or Newegg as one of your preferred merchants, just MWave.

I have same setup on cpu gpu and memory. But i would of got a atx board with that case. wish i didnt have a micro atx board in my build. How is that stock amd cooler working for you? mine only lasted like 3 days before it started making crazy noises. Solid Build.

The stock cooler is very loud, but seems to work fine.

My build is very comparable to this one, same processor, twin frozr video card...maybe you could tell me what your running temps are with your cpu? Under load, my cores are at about 55C.

Sounds like a good build.
