Description

It was a long time since I have touched a PC and recently decided to build my own. With more research at this time I probably will have ended up picked some different part, but hey, it's a first a build and enjoy it! *Planing to change ram for g.skill 3200mhz. Feel free to ask and comment.

Part Reviews

CPU Cooler

Nothing to say. Good and quiet, strong product.

Motherboard

The black look pretty brown -1 star, but overall its a nice product!

Memory

Nice ram, love to play with the rgb. -1 star, some color are not accurate like white.

Storage

Cheap, fast and reliable!

Video Card

Push my games where I want. Look clean in my opinion. ++Freesync

Case

Plenty of room. Only restriction I got was the GPU, but I can deal with it. A lot of space in the second chamber for cable management.

Power Supply

Enough power for my need at this moment. Not modular but I got plenty of room in my case so no problem at all.

Monitor

75hz, 1ms response time and Freesync for a good price with nothing negative to say about that.

Keyboard

Cheap and probably be functional after my death. Planning to change it soon and keep it in back up.

Nice build! What frames do you get on GTA? My in-progress build is very similar, so I want to know what to expect.

Hey, thanks ! With everything set to very high and ultra, no msaa, no vsync and everything off in advanced graphic I get pretty decent fps. I lock the game to 74 fps to experience no screen tearing due to the screen refresh rate of 75 hz, so I'm at 74 fps pretty much all the time, got some drops sometimes depend on where you are in the map.

Hey Trafiker I see you installed a second Corsair fan to the H60 for a push/pull configuration. Did you see the cpu temps before adding the second fan (push only) or did you put the rig together with both? Also, did you buy the same Corsair fan that came with the H60? Thanks.

Hi IAN_MALCOM, I didn't see the CPU temp in push only config, like you say I built the rig with both at the start. The air 240 MicroATX mid tower case came with three 120mm corsair fans and the H60 AIO with one so I put the H60 in push/pull configuration to use all the fans I was having at hand.

How is the monitor in terms of size and overall picture quality?

Nothing negative to say, overall picture quality is pretty decent. Size is good, but I will probably going to buy a larger screen and use this one as a second screen.
