Description

First build in 11 years! :) Still waiting for the 1080 (or the 1070?!) so for now this old 260 thing got to do the job. :) It is running at 4500 @ 1.255 atm, but because of the GPU, this thing is building up heat quite fast, my idle is around ~39-45c and stress is ~67-80c. I got a extra Noctua NF-F12 PWM laying around, I'm thinking of placing it at the bottom of the case for more intake, and maybe get another 92mm to exhaust. The current F12 is set to intake, to get some cold air to the D9L 92mm fans. The Noctua D9L is a nice fit, and I can even fit 3 of the 92mm on it, for now I got two of them, both taking the air through the cooler and out the back. The 4 Samsung 840 PRO is running in a RAID0 for performance and absolute zero redundancy :)

+1 if you think NCase should add a side panel to view your components

I don't know...Do you have enough SSDs? This thing has to be pretty fast. Great work.

Great build. How are you liking that case? I've heard lots of great things about it.

Awesome case. I love small form PCs. You've got my 1+. Half of the cooling is exhaust, getting the hot air out will definitly help. My system is all exhaust. Mainly because I dont really have room for intake.

Thanks for the comments... Just ran a AIDA64 tonight with the core at 1.260v and 4500 MHz (45x100) for 4 hours stable, at around 64c-75c, I am pleased with that :) I know about the overkill SSD situation, but hey I got the laying around anyways, so why not ;-) The NCASE is super, it is a great challenge to build ( could be compared with a set of Technic Lego :) ). It is on the expensive side but it is definitely worth it if you like the SFF and compact design (good for "LAN parties")
