Description

well this is my first build everyone. its still a work in progress, im currently running my old GPU and PSU i plan to upgrade them in the near future. i also opted for the i3 6300 for now as again ill upgrade the CPU in the future, probably to a i5 6600 k as i would like to dabble in overclocking. as you can tell im going for black and white. every thing went really well took about 4 hours to build and booted up with no problems . mostly be using for general use and some gaming. sorry about the pic quality i only have my iPhone let me know what you all think thank you

Edit now have the evga 750 P2 psu ist really nice also picked up the gigabyte gtx 960 G1 also super happy with this card as well as you can tell for the new pics i got some LED's in there by way of the NZXT Hue+ still have some things i want to do but she's coming along pretty nice

i live in canada its another $150 + for the 6600k and with the lower end psu i didn't want to risk it plus from my old system the i3 is super fast im vary happy with the performance

that Rocketfish PSU should subdue for now, just make sure you upgrade it when you plan on upgrading on any other components. Nice job with your build!

thank you im pretty happy with how it came together i have lots of plans for this rig but next thing im getting is the psu i was looking at the evga p2 650 its like $130 right now was $99 not long ago on a deal so waiting for that to happen again then Gpu atleast a gtx 960 unlesst i see a nice price drop on the 970 and ya the rocketfish is not to bas has served me well in my old system and so far so good in the new

Great plan on the PSU. A 960 works well, unless you'd opt for AMD side and go for their R9 380 4GB, which is also an exceptional card. The 970 is even better!

thanks for the comments guys as this is my first build from scratch i think i did pretty good and it will only get better i will keep this up to date as i upgrade
