Description

I had always heard good stuff about PC gaming just never wanted to buy the computer. Had some extra cash decided to give it a shot plus i like building things threw my recent AR15 build in last photo. After reviewing some stuff online this is what I came up with. Thought I would share because I used this site A LOT for research. Bought everything from Amazon expect the 280x it was an ebay deal, the guy had them for bit mining but never used it. brand new in box still wrapped just lost 1 year from warranty though.

CPU: FX-6300 works for me. Originally had the stock cooler for 3 days then it became so loud and annoying i said f#@$ it and bought the hyper t4 locally. It brought the idle down 13C and load down 20C barely fits.

Mobo: Nutin fancy

RAM:looks nice and works

GPU: its the 3gb verison didnt see it one the site. Had some stuttering issues at first but upgraded to windows 8 and some reason it fixed it. Makes my PS4 look bad hard to go back.

Case: Wish i would got a better case thing is so garbage feels like its made out of soda cans. No cable management. PSU is in a weird spot. I didnt think it would be so packed it looks like my GPU is gasping for some air but it stays at a decent temp. The front looks nice though. I got a small case becasue im just not a fan of the huge cases even though it would be better off.

PSU: Works fine the black wire sleeves kinda cheesy real thin.

DVD drive and HDD: Snagged from other resources lol

I played both the metros on ultra have to use vsync otherwise screen tear but looked super good. Tried farcry 4 having some stutter issues with it but I heard it was a bad port from ubisoft but who knows.

Did you need to update mobo's bios prior to using the cpu?

It worked without having to update. I didnt look to see what BIOS it had out of the box i think it was 1301. But I updated to 1701 after installing windows. Suppose to be able to use a 8350 in this board but idk how well that would work. I have the 6300 OCed to 4.3 right now with stock voltage thats about it.

Thanks for the guide buddy. I wasn't sure if this CPU case will fit a Cooler Master Evo, now I know it definitely won't.
